Cyprus When we returned the car and explained our concerns, Stefan was incredibly understanding and professional. He listened attentively to our complaints and acknowledged the validity of our issues, including the known technical issue with the Citroen C3's fuel gauge that we were not informed about at the time of rental. His empathy and willingness to admit that we were right made a significant difference in our experience, and we felt genuinely heard and valued as customers. Stefan’s exceptional customer service provided a much-needed positive note to an otherwise frustrating experience. It turned out the car needed some 4 liter more fuel. We had to drive around to get fueled. Fortunately shuttle driver helped, many thanks to him pls. Again rigid rules and costs
