Under these circumstances, our company may act only an intermediary. Unfortunately, we did not receive information about the change of location either from you or from our partner until the date on which we were supposed to deliver the car to you. And when this information was finally sent to us, time for reaction was very short, so we delivered the car to you from another city to meet your needs.
We understand your dissatisfaction, in addition we would like to ask you to directly contact the company through which you placed your order to resolve this situation, and we, for our part, will be happy to provide you with the necessary help and assistance, since the satisfaction and comfort of our customers is a priority for us.
